BOOM: GOP Outsmarts Biden by Finding a Clever Way to “Cancel” His Executive Orders

A good read, if you're so inclined.

The Republican led legislature in the State of South Dakota are taking a valiant stand to “Cancel” the unlawful, unconstitutional Executive Orders of the Biden/Harris regime. South Dakota HB1194 calls for the creation of the “Committee on Neutralization of Federal Laws”. Gateway Pundit reported, “which would determine the constitutionality of any given federal law and, if found wanting, would proceed to nullify it within the state.” The goal of this Committee would be to cancel any actions by the Biden/Harris Administration if they were to interfere with the rights of American citizens.

Governor Kristi Noem
@govkristinoem
"The Keystone XL pipeline brought jobs to our state. Those jobs are gone, devastating individual families and small businesses across South Dakota.

Today, I challenged the South Dakota media to cover those stories. If the @dcexaminer can do it, why not our own local press?"

“The Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council may review any executive order issued by the President of the United States, if the order has not been affirmed by a v**e of the Congress of the United States and signed into law, as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States,” the bill’s text reads.

The bill sets up a process for reviewing the president’s executive orders, which would be submitted to the governor and attorney general so that the attorney general could “determine whether the state should seek an exemption” from the order or have it “declared an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the President.” (Our AG is as crooked as the governor! -Ginny)

“The bill takes a broad view, stating that no executive order may be implemented “that restricts a person’s rights.”

The proposed bill would also allow the attorney general to block implementation of any order deemed unconstitutional if the order refers to:

A p******c or other public health emergency
The regulation of natural resources
The regulation of the agricultural industry
The regulation of land use
The regulation of the financial sector through the imposition of environmental, social, or governance standards
The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms”

It's a terrible thing that so many Dakota folks lost their jobs. It is the price we pay for a clean stable weather environment. The g****l w*****g is no story, it's real and it's here. We must lower our burning of f****l f**l. We are fortunate that we have a system of local community colleges where courses in many kinds of jobs. If we don't t***sition to fossil free energy, we'll leave terrible problems for our grand children. President Biden is trying to create lots of new jobs in the national infrastructure.

Your misguided opinion not supported by facts, and only supported in brain washed minds by f**e news. I just watched a different opinion on many different sites. One of interest showed that every single computer model put out by the f**e g****l w*****g alarmists has our average earth's temperature way higher then the actual averages supported by NASA. But for some reason the brainwashed mobs would rather believe ABCNNBCBS etc then the actual facts from NASA.

Our weather is controlled over 99.9% by the sun and its cyclical cycles.

As usual you don't know what you're talking about.

Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont have the lowest unemployment rates in the U.S. at 2.9% each.

All through this "p******c", South Dakota has had the lowest unemployment rate in the U.S.!

The pipeline workers who lost their jobs were mostly brought in from out of state.

The oil from North Dakota is still flowing by rail, and will continue to do so.

Don't feel sorry for us, we're doing a whole lot better than you are.

Not entirely. The sun is blocked almost daily by chemtrails. But I don't know if they spray over the D.C., London, Moscow, or the Vatican.

Around the world Ginny. It is even a worse crime than the v*****e caper. No on is exempt from the harm of the sicko chemtrail operation.
