Obama certainly didn't qualify to be POTUS because he was, as you said, a Kenyan. And Biden is mentally challenged, so Obama is guiding him. Actually, Obama was behind the impeachment of Trump because he was chomping at the bit to get back in control of the government - but it took quite a bit of forgery for him to serve his 3rd term.

I don't think that Obama will ever be removed from the list of U.S. Presidents . But I believe they will put an asterisk (*) by his and bidens names. As unqualified
