Why? California has been the state of Pelosi, Maxine Waters, and most US senators and representatives who represent their district. These people have been in their positions for years, mostly 30 plus years and beyond.
Why no solutions that represent their people? One of the primary problems are DRUGS. The state could have installed drug prevention. On the contrary DRUG dealers have multiplied, amassed $400 millions of dollars weekly from their US victims. Most especially now that Biden allows them to multiply the influx of these violent group thru his policies of open borders for all people of the world.
Joe Biden and the ho Kamala don't even want to know that there is massive crisis of these deadly activities. They ignored it, don't want to do their jobs to protecting the American people. Biden had sworn an oath to protect the American people and obey the constitution but ignores and violates every day.

These hypocrite l*****ts spend billions of our taxes inviting millions of illegal aliens including drug dealers, terrorists, drug addicts, rapists, human traffickers.
