Great post. But there has to be an incentive for the States to actually do their duty. I, like you hope it isn't violence, but calling/writing/e-mailing/in-person protesting hasn't seemed to have had much of an effect. Kind of like the feckless/spineless, self-serving Republicans in office who have made great speeches, but have done less than nothing. We didn't get to this point over night, and our institutions seem to be corrupt past the point of fixing, (the FBI especially comes to mind.) For me prayer is the answer.

In the first place in order to even get standing before the Supreme Court you have to start with this: Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure imposes a threshold prefiling investigation that, while appearing straightforward, might leave doubt about what satisfies the requisite inquiry. Under Rule 11, there is an affirmative duty to investigate both as to law and as to fact before a complaint is filed.... Presumably you or whomever have this proofed and ready to go??

Then as you are governed by the rules and time restraints within the civil code of procedure that 30 day limitation is going to come and go without a ruling not because it isn’t valid but rather because it simply takes longer unless you go state by state and they join in the declarations wanting either redress or secession completely?? I assume you are considering such request in this maneuver??

If it is to take back the states and they agree then an Article V signed by the majority sustains your objection..I mean to ask knowing an Article V makes provision for the proposal of amendments either by two-thirds of both houses of Congress or on application of the legislatures of two-thirds of the states, thus securing deliberation and consideration before any change can be proposed. Are you moving in this direction??

Too many variables on so little you said here...Hard to answer without knowing how you or they will or are going to proceed.. ???Its not my call, its those intending to move forward as you describe here that’s all.....
