So let's ask a question. Why don't these 20-30 million i*****l i*******ts have work permits? Many of these people have been here for decades.

Let me rephrase this question:
1) Why is not the IRS prosecuting the American business CEOs who hire these i*****l i*******ts and pay them under the table? This is tax fraud.
