Dems 'Codifying' E******n Violations

Realizing their e******n law changes under the guise of C****-** were unconstitutional, Democrats are now seeking to "codify" their violations with H.R. 1, according to Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on Newsmax TV.

"This is about codifying and federalizing the changes made in some of those key battleground states like Pennsylvania, Arizona, and others," Jordan told Thursday's "John Bachman Now." "It's about those changes that were done in an unconstitutional fashion, it's about making those changes apply to all the states, federalizing e******n law.

"Oh, and when they're done with it, they want taxpayers to pay for e******ns," Jordan added to host John Bachman, referring to the bill's allowance of a 6-to-1 match with taxpayer dollars for e******n contributions.

If it's unconstitutional, quit whining, SCOTUS will strike it down. I mean, that's their job right?

However, the Democrats like you fully intend to ignore the laws that get in the way of their ultimate one world government by dictatorship.

Are you kidding us? SCOTUS is in the left camp or scared to death. Which is worse?
Their inadequacy at our most dire moment is unforgivable. Our great Republic has been sold out and WE ALL know it. Some of us are just happy about it.

Jim Jordan is one of the few real fighters for the Constitution, and HR I is the second worst thing that can happen. It would totally destroy our States’ Rights and our individual rights...that would include the rights of the folks on the left. Pay attention.

No, not anymore.
Their job is to protect their constituents.
No not those constituents, the ones brought forth by Citizens United.
The ones who have paid for their representation.
By their very own representatives.
The only things that will be struck down is anything that might benefit you.
Or me.

That's been tried before. It never works.

If it's unconstitutional, why, against their own oath, pass it to begin with? “I do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States.” That's their job right?

I know Jim Jordan. I’d love to see you call him a halfwit face to face. You progressives are such cowards. Keyboard warriors.

Yes and if it gets passed and in the future when it becomes detrimental to the dumbocrats they will be screaming that it's unfair! And probably claim that it is Trump's fault

As long as Rino Boy John Roberts is Chief Justice, don't count on it. Democrats have him Obama whipped with the threat to inflate the Supreme Court.

and if there is any t***h to the whistleblower testimony that Lin Woods has brought public against Roberts, it is even worse than Supreme Court packing.

45, the dirt on John Roberts needs to be revealed to the American people and he needs to resign. Many people will be shocked to find out who John Roberts really is and what he is.

SC justices that refuse to uphold the Constitution all need to be replaced.
