This meme was posted here, ostensibly to make a point about r****m. It is absolute BS of the same sort so fondly presented to the world by that bastion of victimhood promotions, the infected Left.

Boiling the presented sentiment down to its essence, it says that if you happen to be white, there is nothing you can do to escape being a r****t. By its declaration, that white people own everything and that r****m is coupled to that ownership, it singles out white people as inescapably and uniquely r****t.

The difference in neighborhoods is cultural. It's not who lives there but how they live there.
