Bizzaro World. Why aren't more women speaking out on this issue? The only people I have found speaking out on this issue are Rand Paul and Majorie Taylor Greene, and she is being demonized for speaking out against it under the guise of being anti L***Q rights.

"The proposed E******y Act of 2021 (H.R. 5) would make mainstream beliefs about marriage, biological facts about sex differences, and many sincerely held beliefs punishable under the law. The E******y Act makes discrimination the law of the land by forcing Americans to conform to government-mandated beliefs under the threat of life-ruining financial and criminal penalties. Presented as a bill with commonsense and decent protections against discrimination, H.R. 5 is anything but. The E******y Act politicizes medicine and education and demolishes existing civil rights and constitutional freedoms."

Does anyone here on OPP think that this bill does anything but destroy Women's Rights? Who on the left is wiling to defend this a*********n?

The goal of the "progressives" is to destroy American culture and Western society and they are doing a da**m good job of it. It won't be long until our culture is totally distorted, which will make it easier for C*******m to be welcomed by everyone.

This Bill is designed to just that. Destroy the family unit.

No wonder why the right is so misguided, the Heritage and americanthinker, come on man. This opinion piece is there solely to object all on baseless fear tactics. All those things that author pulled out of his arse are there to work you up over nothing. Women will still have women's rooms, women will still be pat down by women, and so on.

It's there to protect the rights of every one, to be treated fairly under all circumstances especially in the job market. Women will still be performing the appropriate duties as say a pat down or a physical examination from a nurse. But lets face it people in the medical industry shouldn't have hang up about bodies.

The true goal of this travesty is that of forcing all Religious Institutions to accept, and spread, the word of

Government above all else.

It allows men who can't compete with men because they aren't good enough and loose all the time, to compete with women so they can win all the time.

Really? Please address this one specific issue then:

MYTH: Safety and Privacy in Sex-Specific Spaces Will Not Be Diminished

Fact: All single-sex spaces will be open to both sexes under the E******y Act. The E******y Act adds sexual orientation and g****r identity rules to Title III of the Civil Rights Act on “public facilities” as well as to public accommodations (Title II) and federal funding (Title VI). This would create a nationwide t*********r policy in single-sex facilities.

Under the proposed law, an employer would be required to treat a man who identifies as a woman as a woman for purposes of sensitive jobs, such as law enforcement officials involved in strip searches or supervisors of locker rooms, or handling intimate care in hospitals or long-term care facility. The law currently allows prisoners, patients, or customers to require the government, hospitals, or businesses to staff those positions with an individual of the same sex. The E******y Act would instead mandate that employers allow men who identify as women to perform such invasive tasks.

The law would also require virtually every restroom, locker room, and dressing room in America to be open to individuals of the opposite sex, in accordance instead with the individual’s claimed g****r identity. As the Women’s Liberation Front explained:

This means that American women will no longer be able to expect any single-sex facilities when using or being required to stay in:

Shared hospital rooms or wards
Locker rooms and public or group showers
Multi-stall bathrooms
Jails, prisons, or juvenile detention facilities
Homeless shelters
Overnight drug rehabilitation centers
Domestic violence or rape crisis shelters

It is not just American women—it is American girls. Whether in elementary, middle, or high school, in gymnasiums or swimming facilities, young girls will no longer have a guarantee of privacy or security.

The E******y Act will also require sports competitions and scholarship programs designated for girls and women to admit males if they proclaim a female g****r identity, further harming women.

What will they do when all the competitors in women's sports are t*********red men?

What are they going to call restrooms instead of "Men's Rooms" and "Women's Rooms"?......"It" Rooms??? or "People" Rooms?? "Pee Rooms"?? Will there be separate "T*********r's Rooms"??

Will t*********red men and t*********red women use the new "T*********r's" Restrooms?

Will I be able to sue the business/hospital/school/prison if my grandson or granddaughter uses the "People's Room" and they get sexually attacked?? (Because you bet your bottom dollar that I will!!)

Well I do know two state's (Idaho and Connecticut)have made law that declared t***s g****r men will only qualify for competition in their birth g****r, the sex at birth, period.. But both are contested with appeals in place..A host of questions arose with women saying it is discriminatory to them as well..

As for bathrooms who knows?? I can tell you if I’m in that bathroom that t*********r male will be shown the door he walked through to come in!! Of course for me I don’t use public facilities other than when absolutely needed..

When in Europe it was not uncommon to have neutral bathrooms for both men and women to use..... Private stalls and standing Urinal broken by a divider between the two areas.. When you went to the sinks both comingled....They also had private bathroom you paid .50 cents to use...

Isn't it amazing how this topic was probably never even thought of until the push to assert the rights of t*********rs came rolling in!

I haven't anywhere where that would happen, its all right leaning puff puff imagination.

No they're not opening the rooms to the opposite sex, as a t*********r they will be of the same sex.

That is such a blown up exaggeration.

You're being a tool promoting this BS fear mongering.

If a man had undergone operation to be a woman , she certainly does not belong in a man's room, where the likely hood of some phobic male will beat him.

What it also comes down to is abuse and assault is a crime no matter where it is.

aare.a man dressed as a woman is still a man
Many "t***s g****rs" go through phases. Not all have had the surgeries yet some never do. A man in a woman's rest room should never be allowed. Even if wearing a dress.

Not all men who dress as women are t*********rs or even cross-dressers. Some are p*******es....and some men, knowing that they will be allowed by law into women's and girls restrooms, will dress like women just so they can have access to vulnerable women and girls.

Why isn't there an issue with t*********r women dressing like men and wanting access to men's restrooms? Because it's ridiculous to think that would be a good idea.
