Israel passes law to shame people who haven’t had C***d jab
PandaGuides

Israel has passed a law allowing the identities of people who have not been v******ted to be shared with other authorities.

The decision on Wednesday raises concerns over privacy for those who may opt against getting the jab.

It passed by 30 v**es to 13 and gives local governments, the director general of the education ministry and some in the welfare ministry the right to receive the names, addresses and phone numbers of everyone who has not had the v*****e.

The objective of the measure – which remains valid for three months or until the C****-** p******c is declared over – is ‘to enable these bodies to encourage people to v******te by personally addressing them’, according to a statement issued by parliament.

Israel has so far administered both doses of the P****r/BioNTech v*****e to roughly a third of its nine million population.

As the country emerges from lockdown, access to certain services such as gyms and indoor dining has been restricted to v******ted people only, with so-called green passes handed out to the fully inoculated.

That too has raised concerns about unequal access for those exercising their right not to take up the v*****e.

During debate on the measure, Labour party leader Merav Michaeli accused right-wing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of ‘denying citizens their right to the privacy of their medical information’.

The statement from the parliament, or Knesset, said the personal information cannot be used for any purpose other than encouraging people to be v******ted.

According to the legislation, ‘the information will be deleted after its use within 60 days’ and ‘a person who was contacted can demand that his details be deleted and that they not be contacted again’.

Haim Katz, of Netanyahu’s Likud party, defended the law as a means to promote v******tion, saying: ‘I’ve been asked what about people’s privacy: Is privacy more important than life itself?’

The very fact that "public shaming" needs to be used as a tactic to coerce people in making personal health decisions indicates that there is a sizable minority that has not yet drunk the cool-aid.

The v*****e does not impart immunity or inhibit t***smisability of the v***s. It designed to lessen your infection symptoms if or when you get infected. Therefore, the answer to your question is that there is no difference in the degree of danger to a v******ted person.

On the other hand, the v******ted person would need to weigh the following risks:

-A rare blood disorder resulting from C***D v******tion known as immune thrombocytopenia, or lack of platelets, is becoming a real concern.
-Other confirmed side effects include anaphylaxis and Bell’s palsy.
-Antibody dependent enhancement. When animals were inoculated, they developed a robust immune response, which is a good result. However, when the animals were later exposed to the c****av***s against which they were v******ted, their i****e s****m went into overdrive, and they developed an overwhelming, fatal immune response called a “cytokine storm.” Fatal cytokine storms also happened to some C****-** patients when their infection was severe.
Human responses do not always correlate to animal responses. So far, there have been no signs that humans have a cytokine storm when exposed to C****-** after receiving the v*****e. Obviously, this would be catastrophic for any v*****e. We will find out over the next 3-6 months whether that is the case.

So, do you still want to be part of this experiment?

I wonder how many laws modifying our behaviors there are that we obey without question, laws designed for the public good? Seat belt laws, maintaining minimum liability insurance on autos, security screenings at airports and others like it?

Perhaps shaming non v**xers isn't appropriate, nor are laws mandating v******tion, however, laws establishing civil penalties, such as fines, for non v**xers would go a long way towards encouraging compliance...................for the public good.

Oh, I see. Shaming a person is verboten, but coercing them by paying a fine..."for the public good" is OK.

Look, if you want to wear a mask and take an "experimental gene therapy", fine, that's your choice. Don't impose your choice on me, by shaming, fining, travel restrictions, and any other forced governmental action.

I suppose that many non-v**xers today simply want to wait out the experiences of v**xers now before having one themselves. That is what I and my wife are doing, while still "sheltering at home" with almost no contact with other people. At 90 and 84, we are extremely cautious about C19 v*****es, but would welcome a proven safe shot or two.

I wonder what the ultra Orthodox community is doing about the v*****e? In New York, some of the ultra Orthodox have refused to take the v*****e. They also refuse to serve in the IDF, in Israel. I have read the Old Testament many times. Joshua fought a series of genocidal campaigns against the cities of Canonites, that were extremely bloody, at G-ds command. I can think of no good reason to refuse being v******ted. Jewish law says that any religious law may be broken to save lives.

That's what I and my family are doing. That being said, those that insist on going about their business as usual ( reference ACP45 ), are at risk and pose a risk.

These are all real concerns. But, as with any v*****e, it isn't "designed" to be what it is. the hope is that it will impart an immune response making the person immune to the disease. These new m**A v*****es do not appear to illicit the total immune package of immune responses. I am not, as you say, interested.

I think we are in general agreement. "The M*****a and P****r “alleged v*****e” trials have explicitly acknowledged that their gene therapy technology has no impact on v***l infection or t***smission whatsoever and merely conveys to the recipient the capacity to produce an S1 spike protein endogenously by the introduction of a synthetic m**A sequence (i.e. to elicit a robust immune response)." How long that immune response lasts (long term immunity), and how well it will be controlled (so the recipient does not experience a cytokine storm) is the key question.

How does going about my business as usual pose a risk? If you choose to shelter at home, I am no risk to you.

I love your line "civil liberties stop at the point that one becomes a risk to one's fellow citizens". Who makes that determination major? You, Anthony F***i, Bill Gates, the corrupted MSM?

Our founding fathers made personal liberty the cornerstone of our constitution and Bill of Rights. Are you that scared and fearful that you would give up your personal freedom for some unknown and uncertain perceived degree of safety?

deserve neither Liberty nor Safety"
