Elliot Lee Richardson was an American lawyer and public servant who was a member of the cabinet of Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. By my definition these people are better referred to as common sense conservatives, but now we have to hide that fact and what we think for fear of threats from the "progressives" out there.
