It is white all over. with huge sprinkles of w****s pouring. Peace and serenity has engulfed me this morning which is so comforting. The snow is so beautiful. I looked out of the window, saw foot prints of a man on the driveway. Got scared, followed scene of the foot prints till my front door. There iit is, a very beautiful bunch of red roses wrapped in a huge plastic bag. No name, where it came from. I was scared to touch it. The flowers are still there outside the door. Now trying to debate myself whether I touch the flowers or not.

My suggestion is to take a large paper bag, put on some gloves you would use when washing dishes and take the flowers and put them in the paper bag, making sure they are just flowers and that they are not ticking. Put the bag of flowers some place in the house, like in a bathroom (assuming you have two bathrooms so you can still use a bathroom, with no risk to yourself) Maybe you will figure out who left the flowers and assure yourself they are safe. Otherwise you might want to take them to the local police and explain why you are concerned, they might be able to deTermine that they are safe OR NOT.

I already know who placed the flowers at my door. That gentleman from Ohio called. I meet at the Church. I think I feel safe now. Late noon, the snow is still pouring.

I wish we have that. They only plow the public roads, and highways, not the residential. In NYC and NJ, they plow the snow all over including the residential. I think if this snow lingers further, eventually, I'll call the lawn maintenance to plow the snow on front so I could go out. Hope it does not turn into ice.

I'm waiting for that g****l w*****g to kick in and get rid of it for me. Time to go out and refill the mercury in the thermometer again, it's registering below zero again. Must be some sort of government plot.

Even our side roads, most of which are one lane, two way traffic, don't get plowed often. Around here, people store a lot of nonperishable items and share with the neighbors. What is funny is that a lot of people have goats, mainly dairy goats, and the delivery truck delivers to one person and everyone waits in his driveway when the feed truck comes. Since we all know each other we have the feed delivery also bring about 15 bags of Purina dog food for those of us who have dogs. Better than driving 60 miles round trip for each of us who have dogs.
