Is it really personal property when the government regulates everything you can do with that personal property?

Sadly, you may be right about Trump spending the rest of his life defending himself against the elites. The price he may pay for taking on the swamp and trying to derail the corrupt gravy train. They must send a message to all other outsiders who might dare to interrupt their game.

The reason it was so important to shut this down before it got to a certain point is that once it gets out of hand people are still going to die no matter what you do. That is not to say that aggressively social distancing, and self quarantining when you know you've been exposed doesn't start making a difference relatively quickly, in a couple of weeks, which then slows down hospitalization and deaths.

When you take a point right now where the spread is at, it is easy to calculate and project how many deaths if nothing is done, and how many less if aggressive actions are taken. The modeling projections have been very accurate all along. Right now 4000+ people a day are dying, which means there will be approaching 600,000 dead by the end of February or March.

Mister Liberty, are you an anti masker? Do you even care what the science says can be done to lower the death rate, or do you think it's all bull?

Now people who are living on heavily borrowed lifestyles may be a different story depending on how they make a living, there are tens of millions of people having a rough time there.

Liberty; what he said was nothing can be done to slow down deaths in the short term. That's because people that are dying TODAY, got sick 2, 3 or 4 weeks ago OR MORE. Yep, pretty much EVERYONE dying TODAY got sick while Trump was president, and the majority of people dying every day for the next 3 weeks or so are also people who predominantly became ill while Trump was still president.

So yeah, if we don't do things differently deaths will continue to go up until we break the cycle by other measures (strong mask and distancing rules and hopefully as limited as possible partial lockdowns or business closures, mass v******tion efforts), for various periods of time until we get enough people v******ted and/or recovered from the v***s and immune that we decrease the total v***l load as well as the total susceptible population far enough that C***d begins to die out and become a memory.

Biden has done more to stem the tide in the three days he has been in office than Trump did in his last 7 months. Not even close. Trump has been missing in action for half a year on the C***d front. The last time we saw him in a c***d briefing was back in June. He would not let his C***d team tell us, the citizens of the country, the t***h. He lied to you over and over and over, and you still have not figured that out. Shame on you!

So tell me again how much worse off we are going to be under Biden?
