I took a long break myself right up until about a week before the e******n. I've been well and everyone around me has also been well. I hope you have also. I've been going out in my RV several times to boondock in the desert with friends who have off-road toys. There is nothing else to do and nowhere to go.
Now, I know you do not like Trump but did you ever imagine we would see what is happening now? Interesting times we live in. I'd be interested to hear your perspective on things but the way everyone attacks those they disagree with, I wouldn't blame you for not sharing. I'm getting tired of it all myself. There are, fortunately, several people here who I can talk to even though we disagree. And there are some who agree in some respects who I don't bother with because they've become unhinged. Neither side has a monopoly on virtue.
Stay safe and be well. I hope you chime in occasionally.
You were expecting a real answer, perhaps?

When an American starts talking about a military putsch, that should give a clue they've lost their way.
No one is proposing putsch. What has ben proposed is to follow the Constitution and the laws enacted to deal with this situation. If it can be shown that the e******n was s****n, are you OK with keeping Biden in the Oval Office?

"Our military will act when the time comes. They will protect and defend the Constitution and put Trump back in office."
Who is OUR military? Do we have 2?
I have said Trump should follow every legal means available to him. The process has played out. Saying a lost e******n was s****n is not proof. The months after the e******n have shown that it wasn't.
"This situation" is a lost e******n, that is all. The shareholders fired the CEO and the CEO couldn't believe it or accept it. I suspect the military brass is actually relieved.

The quote you included? Where did that come from?
The "situation" is an e******n so irregular that 75 million people don't believe the outcome and want some objective verification... which the "winners" will not allow.

To make clear to whom you are responding, click 'quote reply' under the post you're responding to. It avoids confusion. Thanks.

No, you clicked under my post. That is why my post appears at the top of your post in quotes. You appeared to be responding to me. that is why I asked where the quote came from. I don't recall ever having written that... and apparently, I did not write it.

I responded to your question about who is proposing military action...that's why I used to quote. Sorry about any confusion. As you said...you did not write it.

Yes, my family has been well for the most part. I have a sister in Louisiana who contracted the v***s and was hospitalized for two weeks. I have known a few others that have had the v***s - most survived. Yes, the impact of the v***s continues to blunt most recreational activity in my area also. Camping out, hiking, etc., seem to be the most popular things to do. Sitting around the house is dreadful - but I am not one of those who believes it all to be a h**x - I believe in science and I believe in spirituality.
In regards to Trump, I now realize that how his administration turned out could have been predicted all along. Our country has always been based on a great experiment to determine if the freedom to choose what we believe -while respecting what others believe and peacefully coexisting could be achieved; under a banner of e******y for all. In my personal opinion, Trump and many others, sought to change the experiment to one in which only those with particular beliefs of superiority and privilege could attain the "dream" offered by the great experiment - even at the expense and well being of others. This has been tried and repeated throughout the history of the world - even before the time of Adam. I have little doubt that as there will most likely always be those who choose chaos and disruption over peace, more Trumps will bloom as the days go by.
Well, the experiment continues much to the chagrin and dismay of those who desire to usurp freedom and disengage e******y. We will monitor closely to see how this all plays out.

After offering absolutely no concrete or relevant proof and losing more than 50 court cases, just what in your mind would suffice as "objective verification?"
If you don't believe even your fellow republicans then just who would you believe?

Not a single court case was lost.
