Or did you not read my post/link? gosh, what are the odds???

Beyond the pipeline itself, we must be aware of the money not going to the US, the problems caused by the low grade shale oil the Canadians ship on it. The resistance to clean energy which this infrastructure brings us to and the limited value of any jobs/profit... 32 permanent jobs.. not near enough to consider the pipe line a good project.

And apparently you did not read my links....have someone help you.

Such a disastrous trade war. Corn, soybeans, and wheat are higher than they have been in 61/2 years. Beef, pork and chicken exports are breaking records.

[quote=kittykatt]On Biden's first day in office he has signed 17 executive orders including the following:

1. virtually eliminating girls' sports by allowing boys to compete in them by saying that they are girls,
2. rescinding the Keystone Pipeline virtually costing thousands of people jobs and thousands in loss of income,
3. forces the US to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord which only affects American jobs and economy and not the biggest polluters of the planet, and other executive orders.

I hope that those of you out there who supported him and v**ed for him are happy with these things that he has done. And that's only his first day in office. There are still 1,460 days left for him to be in office. At least when Trump was president he put Americans and America first. Can you say the same of Biden? I dare you to.[/quo

Silly question, of course they will insist that Biden has come to rescue us and the world from Trump. There's no reasoning with these folks because the simply cannot think for themselves.

Which brings us to fracking. Our omissions are down because of fracking that supplies us with a cleaner gas product. Whoops! Biden is against that too and will shut it down...he said so.

It is an omission to think emissions are down because of fracking.. emissions are down because of the c***d, so many stay home, less driving etc.. but the reason fracking is frowned up on, from the first attempt back in the 50s is the ground contamination which under any real law would leave the drilling company on the hook for damage to health and welfare of the community. they stopped back then and the attempt now should not be be allowed..

Reflect a little...

Your meme is incorrect.

President Trump said in a proclamation that he would eliminate a loophole granted by his administration that has allowed certain imported solar panels to avoid tariffs.

The White House has sought to claw back the exemption for bifacial, or two-sided, solar panels granted by U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer in 2019. At the time, bifacial panels were a specialized product, but one that the tariffs had prompted some U.S. manufacturers to begin developing.

In the proclamation on Saturday, Trump said the exclusion "has impaired and is likely to continue to impair the effectiveness" of the original tariff action intended to boost U.S. manufacturing.

In addition, Trump said that tariffs scheduled to fall from 20% to 15% in their fourth year will instead be set at 18%.

The directive is the latest effort by the White House to close a loophole that has allowed U.S. solar developers to import bifacial panels tariff-free since 2019.

Slo Joe is so scientific that he thinks we have 50 different g****rs. Scientists say we are in a cooling period and heading for a g****l c*****g era. So much for joe's belief in science. Joe does believe in the science of high taxes however. Joe believes the sience of taxing the middle class out of existence.

Your meme is incorrect. br br br President Trump... (show quote)

You have missed the point.. at the time of trump tariffs on solar panels.. all the supply to us panel installers were from foreign nations. China in the top spot. production plants can not start over night. so for months the US companies were shut down.. as startups began, one opened, by a Canadian company in a small Iron range city in Minnesota. only recently have the installations once more became strong in the upper midwest... again, the tariff did not help and was not intended to help the United States solar industry. trump has opposed anything other then f****l f**ls from the day before he started to soil the oval office..

While the top Manufactures are in China and some challenge from India and the east Asian area, the united states is gaining a foothold in the industry and I expect to see us move well up in the ranking.. for now we are far behind..
