Why didn't you just say Cruz and Hawley in the first place (or did you have to go look up their names because you aren't sure who the two are)? Do they not have a right to question the e******n and whether it conformed to the Constitution? All Cruz was asking is that a commission is established. Not exactly a radical idea and it was done in 1877, so there is precedent.
