Do you think people in the service of the public, should be held to higher standards of behaviour.
With accountability assured through punishment more severe than for the general public.
After all people in public service affect many whereas common folk only affect a few at most.
Clergy, politicians, judges, lawyers, police, and the ilk would not be excluded.

Positively & I worked in one of those positions for a long time. Credibility, Accountability, Responsibility-CAR is what I taught every recruit. "Remember your CAR when you arrive on the job".

We need EVERYONE in this country to hold themselves to higher standards of responsibility and accountability. It starts with each and every individual person pledging to do and be better.
