What do you imagine the armed officer at the door guarding the room where Pence, his wife and daughter were sequestered thought when he heard the chant and faced crazed TRUMP SUPPORTERS who continued to advance despite his drawn service revolver?

Felony murder statutes are not that tricky. There is also a similar type of manslaughter charge when a resulting death is associated with misdemeanor offenses. Like trespassing.
I believe there were a huge number of decent people following the crowd and not knowing the full extent of everything that happened, never planning it in their wildest dreams.
I read and understand the strong passions of many of you. I hope there will be a measure of mercy with the justice that should be meted out.
