Former Presidents are allowed Secret Service protection. That keeps eyes on them of folks ostensibly sworn to protect the Constitution.

What if they refuse the protection? May they?

I have but it's been a long time.

As for keeping secrets, well, many of those secrets have been revealed how people like Schiff, Pelosi, Hillary and yes, even Obama were in on the f**e Russia h**x. And given Biden's connections to China I'd say you have a much bigger problem there. Trump literally cannot match the corruption of the democrats. He literally can't.

As for his "financial pickle," his having actually been president is like solid gold for a guy like him. He is, literally, the most famous guy on the planet. He will score a billion a month when he's out.
