If this even goes forward it will be very interesting to see what takes place.. The actions certainly do fall to the SCOTUS who have shown no interest to abide by their oath.. The issues here are clearly within their absolute duty but if they remain consistent and again refuse to get involved basically leaving it before Congress it will clearly be a stain of unresolved issues as defined by the Constitution in remedy redress..

If this even goes forward it will be very interesting to see what takes place.. The actions certainly do fall to the SCOTUS who have shown no interest to abide by their oath.. The issues here are clearly within their absolute duty but if they remain consistent and again refuse to get involved basically leaving it before Congress it will clearly be a stain of unresolved issues as defined by the Constitution in remedy redress..
Likewise, if this is refused then the next option would go to a one person v**e of the house and that remedy will also be challenged.
History being made at the hands of our crooked government all in the name of subversion, Tyranny and many who fear and will fail to defend the very reason they are in office!!! What a complete embarrassment this is in the face of World leaders watching!

But President Donald Trump’s team isn’t giving up. Though it certainly appears as if Democratic candidate Joe Biden will be inaugurated on January 20, Trump’s allies continue to fight.
And now, their latest last-ditch effort just came to the highest court in the land.
Earlier this month, the Wisconsin Supreme Court v**ed 4-3 to dismiss a Trump campaign lawsuit. The President’s lawyers were trying to overturn the state’s v****g results.
At the time, Trump’s team cited mass v****g irregularities as reason for overturning, but the state’s court refused to hear the case.
As a result, the President’s hopes currently lie with a U.S. Supreme Court plea (via Fox News):
President Trump’s legal team petitioned the US Supreme Court on Tuesday to consider its challenge of an earlier decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to dismiss its claims of irregularities in the use of absentee b****ts during the 2020 p**********l campaign.
Trump campaign attorney Jim Troupis said the Wisconsin court “refused to address the merits of our claim.”
He cited three Justices that did agree with the President’s claims — these agreements came in the form of written dissents in the court’s December 14 order.
If the case had been heard, the Wisconsin judges would’ve had to consider invalidating 221,000 b****ts in Milwaukee and Dane counties. Biden won the state by about 20,600 v**es.
The Trump campaign further asserted that Wisconsin “allowed over 50,000 illegal absentee b****ts in violation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution and Wisconsin law.”
The lawsuit contained several other examples of alleged wrongdoing.
For instance, the President’s lawyers allege over 28,000 v**es from people “who failed to provide identification” and about 6,000 absentee b****ts that didn’t have the required information.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court decided there wasn’t enough merit or evidence to consider the case, however.
That’s why Trump’s team has filed the petition with the U.S. Supreme Court: in the hopes that they can get this battleground state to reconsider.
If it doesn’t pan out, though, it would seem Biden will in fact be inaugurated on January 20.
