The Rule Of Law Has No Going After Or Letting Them Go...Those Are Political Aberrations

Going after someone could be misunderstood in two extremes, both wanting to punish or pay back an opponent, or backing off of a prosecution when there are crimes...

The rule of law demands an investigation of apparent crimes, and a prosecution that is appropriate for the crime that is being proven.

The GOP found zero crimes after literally months and years of investigating Hillary for supposed crimes or criminal liability with the attack of an embassy. The continued act of trying to manufacture something out of what just isn't there is a GOP thing we've seen over and over. Then when republicans get caught red handed it's a crime to go after them when Hillary supposedly got away with crimes even though none were ever found. GOP style investigations are trade marked by never wanting to release evidence, their people are fine with taking their highly altered version of nothing there. We still have not seen unredacted mueller report or the evidence it was based on.

The right likes to think they live for the rule of law, they are all about the rule of law until it comes time to follow the rule of law, and then special right wing special circumstances kick in because there are false equivalencies.

My point here is that Biden is caught in a catch-22 with prosecuting trump and his administration for crimes. It will not be his call the way trump openly went after opponents for political reasons, and back off prosecutions when there were crimes. The Biden administration will be prosecuting crimes, this will be house and senate investigating committees sorting out what went on under trump's illegal veil of secrecy every agency operated under. Biden won't be telling them to go there, he won't be telling them not to go there, it is not up to the president. But the fact here is wherever there were crimes the DOJ has an obligation to prove or disprove it, and prosecute when there were...and it isn't going after to look into oibvious crimes.

When Hillary begins serving serious prison time, for her mishandling of classified information,

then, and only then, will we discuss President Trump.

Until then, just STFU!

Well let's let the investigations begin, let's not let presidents not block any kind of information, or block any of your administration from testifying, that goes for democrate or republican.Do you agree

You say that now that it looks like Democrats will run the justice department so there will be no investigations of Democrats.
