52 factorial

You may be wondering what this has to do with evidence for creation.
Watch this video. It's about the number of different ways a deck of 52 cards can be arranged. This number is written as 52!. Now, the chances of a single protein forming by chance is many times greater than this. It contains more than a hundred zeros than 52!.

Watch the video. Then consider the the odds. Then consider that these odds don't even include the other 300 proteins contained in the simplest cell, not to mention lipids, DNA, and all the other things required for life to exist. The deck (pun intended) is stacked against evolution. Time to admit it and ask Jesus to save you. After all, He created you. He also died to save you from hell. Show some gratitude.

Thank you for posting this, Grugore.

The incredible intricacies our Creator God has woven into every cell of every living creature on earth refutes any and all who would deny either His existence or His creation.

Charles Darwin was an upper class English gentleman. In 1825 Darwin went to Edinburgh University in Scotland to study medicine, but he soon realized that he was unable to even watch an operation being performed. In 1828 he entered Christ's College, Cambridge, England, to become a minister. He soon gave up that idea also, so He attended John Stevens Henslow's course in botany, started a collection of beetles, and received his bachelor's degree in Art in 1831.

He was in no sense a "scientist."

Charles Darwin's theory of evolution by natural selection is the foundation upon which modern evolutionary theory is built.

Darwin's thinking was in no way original, nor was his motive, as he was following in the footsteps of his unorthodox father and his unorthodox paternal grandfather.

Charles Robert Darwin was born on February 12, 1809, in Shrewsbury, England, the fifth child of Robert and Susannah Darwin. His father was a successful doctor, as was his grandfather, Erasmus Darwin, who had a great influence on Charles's later theories.

Charles' grandfather, Erasmus, a successful and wealthy physician in the 18th century, wrote the book, "Zoonomia (Laws of Life)", which denied Biblical Creationism, portraying, instead, a pantheistic world in which all life and species evolved.

Erasmus' close friend, industrialist Josiah Wedgwood I, embraced Unitarian theology. Erasmus' son and Charles' father, Robert Darwin, also a wealthy physician, believed to have been an atheist, married Susannah Wedgwood. Other marriage ties between the two families followed. In the Darwin family, males followed the Unitarian, pantheistic and atheistic views of their principal sires.

Charles Darwin's dominant, atheistic father, Robert, advised him to conceal his true beliefs from his wife, who was also his first cousin This would spare her from the unnecessary grief of having her spouse's unBiblical belief's publicly known. Thus, his unscientific motives, remain, to this day, largely unknown to the world.

(Charles’ half-cousin, scientist Francis Galton (who coined the term “eugenics”), warned him about the potential dangers of inbreeding).

In 1860, Adam Sedgwick, a British geologist and priest, one of the founders of modern geology, called Charles Darwin's book, "Origin of the Species," "a cold atheistical materialism." Dissenters, such as Adam Sedgwick, have argued from the beginning, that Darwinism is not science, but is founded on a philosophy of atheism and materialism.

Darwin's goal was to show that life was not the result of divine intervention, but the work of blind naturalistic processes. Darwin claimed to have arrived at this truth by working strictly with the facts apart from any preconceived ideas; Darwin’s theory was never meant to be compatible with a Creator. Its purpose was to remove belief in God, and in His Word, especially Genesis, to remove belief in the last sphere of life in which He had so dominated Christian civilization.

It was an attempt to demolish William Paley’s "Evidences for Christianity and Natural Theology," Paley’s argument for design, and to give atheism its own “creation” story.

Darwinism was eternally rebuked when men of Science, James Watson and Francis Crick, discovered the structure of the human hereditary material known as deoxyribonucleic acid, or DNA in 1953, which is a long molecule containing the information organisms need to both develop and reproduce. DNA is found in every cell in the body, and is passed down from parent to child.

This DNA discovery affirmed God's repeated commandment to His creation that they were to reproduce, "after their own kind," in the following 13 Bible verses:

Genesis 1:11
Then God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them”; and it was so.

Genesis 1:12
The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good.

Genesis 1:21
God created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind; and God saw that it was good.

Genesis 1:24
Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind”; and it was so.

Genesis 6:20
Of the birds after their kind, and of the animals after their kind, of every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, two of every kind will come to you to keep them alive.

Genesis 7:14
they and every beast after its kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth after its kind, and every bird after its kind, all sorts of birds.

Leviticus 11:14
and the kite and the falcon in its kind,

Leviticus 11:15
every raven in its kind,

Leviticus 11:16
and the ostrich and the owl and the sea gull and the hawk, in its kind,

Leviticus 11:19
and the stork, the heron, in its kinds, and the hoopoe, and the bat.

These Words of eternal Truth were given to the Holy Spirit by the pre-incarnate Christ, the Living Logos... the Word of God, our Lord, and Redeemer.

The claim that the earth is 13.7 billion years old?

...how you get something out of nothing without a Creator God?

Don’t let the cosmologists try to kid you on this one. They have not got a clue - despite the fact that rather than believe the Bible, they are doing a pretty good job of convincing themselves and undiscerning others that this is really not a problem.

“In the beginning,” they will say, “there was nothing—no time, space matter or energy. Then there was a quantum fluctuation from which ...”

Whoa! Stop right there. ... before you know it, they have pulled a hundred billion galaxies out of their quantum hats.

The big bang is the model that a majority of evolutionary scientists believe best explains the origin of the universe. This is why the textbooks present the big bang model as the history of the universe. The big bang suggests that the universe came into existence 13.7 billion years ago. The entire universe was contained in an infinitely small point known as a singularity. This singularity began to expand slowly, then extremely rapidly, and then slowly again, though there is no reason that such changes in rate had to happen. Over time, stars and galaxies began to form through natural processes. These galaxies continue to move away from one another.

Science claims that the biblical time span of 6,000 years, a young earth, cannot explain how light could reach earth from the distant parts of the universe. There are, however, several explanations that potentially solve the light travel-time “problem.”

The big bang theory has its own light travel-time problem, and there are many other valid observations that limit the age of the universe to much less than 13.7 billion years.

Many people profess to believe that the big bang is compatible with the biblical account of Creation, however, in order to make the big bang fit into the Bible, the biblical explanation is rearranged to conform to the reasoning of secular scientists.

The "big bang" and the Bible are not compatible in the order of events or in the timescale.

Attempting to fit Scripture into scientific theories rather than applying biblical thinking to science leads to compromise and undermines the authority of God's revelation of Holy Scripture.

I don't see why God couldnt have used the big bang when He created the universe. Not the way scientists claim, but on day one of Creation. Think of our space/time universe as Gods canvass. Prepared in a single day. I'm not saying it happened that way. But I don't see any reason it couldn't have. And think about this. Mathematical models break down close to the instant after the big bang. I believe this happens because that period of time was when God actually created mathematics, along with the universal physical constants and everything else. The math cannot describe something it was never meant to. That's why the math breaks down. It's trying to model something totally alien to the universe as we know it.

A scientist I am not, other than what I might have absorbed through the process of Osmosis.

However, God, being God, could absolutely create anything He pleased, anytime He pleased, anyway He pleased.

If He says, "Be," - it simply is.

What men would later call it is sort of immaterial.

My only question is whether there was actually an enormous sound, like a sonic boom... or did the creation take place in silence?

If there was an enormous sound, no one would have heard it except the Triune God.

...for Lucifer and the fallen angels couldn't have been thrown down to the earth before the earth existed.

God created man with a mind capable of developing mathematics as a means of describing and dealing with the universe in which He placed us.

Math is an abstract. It can be wrapped around anything we can visualize. IMHO, the inadequacy is within us, not the math.

Have a blessed, peaceful Thanksgiving.
