I checked the numbers and they agree.

Anyone from Nevada want to weight in on this. Timing issue? Another explanation?

It's simple; some people v**ed but left the p**********l slots blank, some people ONLY filled out the p**********l slots. There are automatic tabulations, so there's no way for the number of v**es cast to exceed the number of b****ts received.

That's my point. How can there be more v**es than b****ts cast? What you describe would be more b****ts casts than v**es tabulated.
