AOC is a good example that we should take note of. I don't speak of her policies, but her campaigning in her primary in 2018. Her opponents was a long time congressman and, if I remember correctly, the fourth or fifth ranking member of the Democrat caucus. He was considered safe. I give her credit she worked hard to unseat him in the primary. After that, with the way her district automatically v**es Democrat, she was a shoe in. In her district, if a ham sandwich was on the b****t with that D after the name it would win the district. She is another example of the problem with political jokes, too many of them get elected.
