Totally agree. Not only that I fortunately was attached to a surface ship and on it, visited Havana, San Juan, Panama City, Balboa, Yokohama, , Halifax, St John, Yokouska, Bermuda, Virgin Islands and other places. Then attached to the submarine and visited Portland, UK, London. Malta, Naples, Sicily, plus other stops. Not bad for a Kentucky boy barely out of high school. I'd it again in a heartbeat!!!
