Yep, they have permission to stop production of coal and are ready to take over all wetlands. Of course, their definition of that is not the same as mine. They define any water that stands, even in your yard when you have a heavy rain or water it as wetlands. We have seen examples of them fighting with residents about what is wetlands and is not and the last one I know about they lost in court. Anyway they are after us and I see Agenda 21 involved in this since the agenda doesn't allow private ownership of land. Once the EPA is in control of everything to do with land we will find Obama and others like him running the whole show and to hell with the Constitution.
