So now we are supposed to determine what to do according to the dying wish's of a Supreme court Justice. What total dumb a**'s you progressives are.

Fox needs to stop giving that POS obama time to spew lies about President Trump ... He just said that Russia and China want Trump to win , when in reality China , Iran and now probably Russia want biden to win!

As far as this so-called ... and unproven hearsay .. deathbed wish ... It is not HER seat. It is not HER call. The seat belongs to The People. And The People elected Donald J. Trump partly because of his promise to choose Justices from a list that he revealed to The People BEFORE they elected him.
And he fulfilled that promise to The People.

And RBG was singing a far different tune in 2016 when it was an obama nominee in question ... she told the Senate to "do their job" and replace Scalia "before the e******n"

https://nypost.com/2020/09/20/rbg-told-senate-in-2016-to-do-their-job-replace-scalia-before-e******n-report/

SCOTUS Justices are not supposed to be political, but RBG made her feelings about President Trump VERY clear. And if she was so concerned about making sure a democrat president replaced her, she should have retired when obama was still in the white house instead of listening to obama and pelosi and other losers that Donald J. Trump would never be President. They were all wrong. She took the risk and she lost, too.

Too late to consider the dying wishes of RBG. The harm to the judicial system has already been done. The Court is now out of whack. It remains to be seen how a pro-life, practicing catholic justice, (who is not sure if "Griswold" is settled law, or if v**er intimidation is illegal, or if c*****e c****e science is real) will v**e on related issued coming before her.

You don't deserve to know. She'll let you know after the e******n.

I agree...the seat belongs to the people. 57% of Americans say that the next president should pick the replacement. Only 38% (Trumpsters) say Trump should get to choose. The people spoke. As usual, Trump ignored them, and took action to keep his loyal followers in lock step.

You little whiners said the same thing after Roberts. The rest of your diatribe is more lies. RBG was an activist POS that should have held on or quit a decade earlier. You Democrats are the biggest misogynists and r****ts in the world. If you were true to your stated values (oxymoron) a woman being sworn into the highest court in the land by a black Supreme Court Justice would be cause for a celebration. You f**es don't support women or minorities. You h**e women and minorities that differ from your ideology. Biggest f**es and hypocrites in the world.

The People spoke at the b****t box. As bo always pointed out in situations like this, "E******ns have consequences." The People elected a majority in the Senate and The People elected Donald J. Trump as their President. The difference in President Donald J. Trump's nomination and confirmation of a new Justice and bo's failure to accomplish the same is the opposing parties in the Executive Branch and the Senate. And tradition has been followed in that respect. Again, e******ns have consequences.

Polls at this point mean nothing. The People didn't like a lot of things bo did, either but that certainly did not stop him from doing them. Go v**e on Tuesday if you don't like it. That's what e******ns are for. The reason that President Donald J. Trump got elected in the first place was because The People were fed up with the poor job bo and his socialist cohorts were doing.

And, by the way, I would ask YOU a hypothetical .. that if it had been .. say .. Justice Thomas in that situation instead of RBG and he was "reported" to have said on his deathbed that "his most fervent wish was that it be President Trump who chooses his replacement before the e******n" ... then would you be just dandy with that? Would you be out telling everyone that because it was Justice Thomas' last wish that you believe it fitting that President Trump go ahead with the nomination and the Senate confirmation of his choice?

Cuz if you say Yes, then you've lost all credibility ... and if you say No, then you've lost the argument.
