I’m fascinated by birds, particularly hummingbirds. I have a friend who has 14 hummingbird feeders in her a back garden. Fantastic action!

We spend a lot of time inside these days so my daughter stuck a feeder on the sliding glass door and put the paper you can see through one way on the glass. We could watch the hummingbirds up close. It was amazing. Beautiful tiny creatures.

Where do yo live that still has hummingbirds? All of ours are gone, probably to Mexico or further south. the pilliated woodpeckers are still here, but they winter over as do the Cardinals.

My sister has hummingbird feeder everywhere. This is in Phoenix.
They are more colorful than our Texas ones.
It amazes me that the little things swarm around her head like they're trying to thank her.
They are also really pretty in Cloudcroft, New Mexico.

Fascinating indeed. Just read a couple days ago that the hummingbirds heart and brain are the largest parts of body weight than another animal. This just after asking my wife to imagine the size of the hummers brain.

Interesting facts that I didn’t know. Mine have been gone for about 8or 9 days.
Wonderful while they were here. Something to look forward to, their return. I think they’re smart but the brain has to be tiny.
