Not at all, the Democrats intend to balance the investment in supporting hard working families by seeing to it that Billionaires pay their share rather than nothing or a few hundred bucks.

The biggest "investment" is in bailing out their own states and cities decades of mismanagement.
"Working class families" are nothing but bargaining chips to the Democratic party.

The demorats are wealthier than the Republicans but I don't see them helping the American people. They do help themselves and their own families however. Just look at the Clintons, Bribems, Feinsteins, and ovommit families. Live like kings and queens, have all raped and stolen from the American taxpayers, stolen and extorted from foreign countries, sale our uranium and military secrets to Russia and the Chinese, and play the game of pay to play. A sorrier lot of people I have never seen.
