The Biden answer depends on which day you ask him, and as often as not, he forgets the question three words into the answer.

That said, Trump answers questions when a reporter lets him do so without barking an interruption halfway through each sentence in Trump's answer, and if it's not politically expedient to recall his answer, as with his having to repeat his anti-w***e s*********t answer ten times a day because the MSM doesn't want to report that he has expressed the opposite of what their narrative requires they pretend he never answered the question.
