You can leap around partying now, but when all is said and done and Trump has been officially re-elected, you'll be baying at the moon en route to going and crying in your safe space.

Nope I retired nearly 10 years ago now so I have nothing to do with the current state of wildland fire in this country. But I could educate you to reality. It has little to do with mismanagement, although putting fires out for the past 100 years has resulted in excessive fuel loads in the wildlands, and thast was basically ,managing for short term goals that are now catching up with us in the form of much tougher long term problems. And with more and more communities being built in the forest and extremes brought on by c*****e c****e, the problem gets worse each year.

By the way, there are some 750 million acres of federal lands in the country, and much more private and state owned lands. But just imagine if the true "answer" here is to "rake the forest floor" like the i***t Trump suggests. How long would it take a five person crew to clean out the understory vegetation on an acre of forested wildlands? This includes not only raking, but lots of chainsaw work, and then you have to either remove the detritus that you created in the forest cleaning, or burn or chip it onsite. So say a five person crew could do a full acre of forest land in 100 human hours of work (probably pretty close depending upon the location and forest type). If so it would take 75 billion work hours. The average hours a full time employee works in a given year is 2,080 hours. That comes to over 36 million people working a full year to get this done. And unfortunately, that would have to be done every few years depending upon the fuels and how fast they grow. And by removing all those fuels without allowing the nutrients to be returned to the soil, over time the forests would get less and less and less healthy. The annual wildland fire budget in the country would fund the military for a grand total of 10 hours in a year. There is simply not enough money and people to "rake the forest", it may sound good to the ignorant, but it is actually a really dumba$$ idea.

If the UN brings in peacekeeping forces it will be the fault of the great divider Trump and the 35 to 40% of you fools that still support him. And of course that is what Trump wants. He can not win on his policies or his personality, so he has to try to start a second civil war as he knows if he loses, he will end up in jail for his crimes and I seriously doubt if any future president will give him a pardon like Ford did to Nixon. That is why he is getting more scared daily. If he loses, he is going to jail and he knows the only way to stop that from happening is to either win, or cause a civil war or other civil uprising. But just in the last day he has figured out another option. Now he is considering moving to another country if he loses.

So what country do you think he may move to? I'm betting on Russia, or at least some authoritarian led country that would refuse to deport him back to the US for trial.

Yeah the scumbag Trump is in a bad place right now, and he will try to bring down the country to save himself. Do you support that?
