At times, one must wonder if Biden's giving a speech or doing a stand-up comedy routine.
For the Democrats, he's not a serious candidate, he's merely a placeholder, and at this point it seems doubtful that he even knows this.

I have to wonder if Biden's wife is the one pushing him to run. She's always there and sometimes redirecting him so his gaffes aren't quite so conspicuous. I just wonder what she has to gain from this abuse of her husband. Certainly she has the most to gain if he wins.
