That is an interesting question, for which I may have a partial answer. Having worked on a Med-surg floor when I was first out of nursing school, I did encounter a woman who had Klinefelter's syndrome (being born with one "Y" c********e and two "X" c********es). Her parents chose to have surgery done in her infancy so she was a female. When I cared for her, she was dying of cancer. However, she lived her short life as a dedicated Christian, and was content with her parent's choice. The vast majority of these infants were, and are, considered males, but for reasons I'll never know, her parents chose the female role for her. God didn't make an error when He made her.

Seems all these t***smutations have come about with our foods being filled with hormones to get faster and bigger profits. Our milk has growth hormones and antibiotics in it.
