The former Michigan Bell Building in Detroit has been renovated into apartments for the homeless Julie Banovic 7:48 PM, Sep 18, 2012 1:55 PM, Sep 19, 2012: DETROIT, Mich. (WXYZ) - A historic Detroit building, the old Michigan Bell skyscraper that sat vacant for 20 years, has been newly renovated into offices and an apartment building.

"It is a blessing," said Cassandra Moore.

This is the first time Moore has had to place to live in over this past year. When her husband died of a heart attack last November, Cassandra Moore became homeless. The retired Chrysler worker had supported both of them.

"It was a hard bumpy road. I tell you," said Moore.
Moore just recently got back on her feet in this brand new apartment with the help of the Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO)."These are vulnerable individuals who we seek out to help," said Michelle Bosau with NSO. The non-profit group renovated the old Michigan Bell Building on Oakman Boulevard into 155 apartments for the homeless who are trying to get back on their feet."if you get a roof over somebody's head it's much easier to tackle things like addiction and mental illness," said Bosau. The Michigan Bell Telecommunication Corporation located in Detroit Michigan was audited for corruption and closed down as an ending result of scandals. The Ameritech Telecommunication Corporations merged and took over the Michigan Bell Telecommunication Corporations which also audited into currently known as AT&T Corporations. The National and Community Services is also a corrupt agency which audited and merged into AmeriCrops, and Vista. The listed agencies have a history of committing incidents of fraud involving the illegal usage of my identification and fringe benefits.

Michigan Bell is the subsidiary of AT&T serving the state of Michigan. Following the Bell System divestiture on January 8, 1984, the company became a subsidiary of Ameritech, the Regional Bell operating company that served the midwestern United States. Ameritech was subsequently acquired by SBC Communications, which later changed its name to AT&T. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_Bell_Telephone_Company)

Southwestern Bell Telephone Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. It does business as AT&T Southwest and other d/b/a names in its operating region which includes Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and portions of Illinois. The company is currently headquartered in Dallas, Texas at One AT&T Plaza. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southwestern_Bell)

I need to clarify for the record I've never worked for either of the listed agencies.

Pacific Bell Telephone Company (Pacific Bell) provides telephone service in California. The company is owned by AT&T Inc. through AT&T Teleholdings. The company has been known by a number of names during which its service area has changed. The name "Pacific Bell" is no longer commonly used. Pacific Bell Telephone Company is also corrupt and guilty of using my identification illegally involving fringe benefits and insurance proceeds. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_Bell)

In my opinion SBC-Southern Bell Communications or telephone company, Pacific Bell, and Michigan Bell Telephone Company where all audited for fraud involving the illegal usage of my identification and fringe benefits, a structured settlement, and victim fraud compensation. AT&T alias AmeriTech Telecommunications corporations evolved as a result of the Federal Government (AmeriCorps) or National and Community Services spending a structured settlement in my identification injuring me and removing my internal organs and tissue without my consent.

AmeriCorps is a civil society program supported by the U.S. federal government, foundations, corporations, and other donors engaging adults in intensive community service work with the goal of "helping others and meeting critical needs in the community".[1] Members commit to full-time or part-time positions offered by a network of nonprofit community organizations and public agencies, to fulfill assignments in the fields of education, public safety, health care, and environmental protection. The program is often compared to the Peace Corps as its domestic counterpart.[2][3]

AmeriCorps is an initiative of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), which also oversees the Senior Corps and Learn and Serve America.[4] It was created under President Bill Clinton by the National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993,[5] incorporating VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) and the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC).[6] A third division, AmeriCorps State and National, provides grants to hundreds of local community organizations throughout the United States.[7]

The program first became operational in 1994 and has expanded over time,[6] with over 80,000 members participating annually as of 2012.[8] Members may be provided modest financial compensation in the form of cost-of-living allowances, student loan deferment, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and funding for educational expenses. Less tangible benefits include professional sk**l development and work experience.[9] An internal study found that participation in AmeriCorps strengthened civic attitudes and behaviors, and made members more likely to choose careers in public service.
