The United States of America donates millions of dollars annually to third world disadvantage nations to finance charitable donations such as infrastructure, food distribution and storage, clean water and reservoirs, clothing, shelter, and medical charities. These not for profit donations are tax free contributions to aid countries that illustrate a poor quality of life and an undeveloped economic system. As a result of audits on the United States Department of Health and Human Services for example: DPSS-Department of Social Services, State of Michigan Family Independence Agency, DHS-Department of Health Services the federal government donated medical technologies, computers & medical equipment to third world ecologies as a result of the closure of various U.S. Hospitals such as,

St. Elizabeth Hospital

Receiving Hospital
Hutzel Hospital
Southwest General Hospital
Metropolitan Hospital

Children's Hospital

The Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University
The Veterans Administration Hospital
The Park Medical Clinics

Because of the closure of these State Infirmaries and audits on the Department of Health and Human Services the Federal Government cut back on the funding for specific programs such as "Mental Health Services" for the homeless and veterans of America. In my opinion this endeavor is why there is such a large population of homeless men, women and children encamped in tent city's in the United States. Furthermore, the Federal Government (Democrats) cut the General Assistance Program for single men & women to finance foreign expenditures in South Africa such as South African Reserve Bank and South Africa Airlines. Its obvious that the Federal Government is operating out of disparity.

Harper Hospital in Detroit Michigan audited and merged into Hutzel/Harper Hospital as a result of the alleged fraud with the illegal usage of my identification and DPSS Department of Social Services alias State Of Michigan Family Independence Agency. In fact, five minor children are missing and exploited as an ending result of the alleged fraud.
