Mit Romney will support President Trump's nominee for the Supreme Court!!! So President Trump has enough v**es (51 ) to push his nominee through without Collins and Murkowski !

Have to wonder why? There is no respect between the two. Is Romney losing with v**ers?

Maybe Romney has seen the light on the right.

My guess is Romney has some shady doings in his past. He must have two options and neither is very good, so he caved to the least painful option. Sort of like a plea deal of some sort.

Losing v**ers was my first thought too.

I doubt that-I think Romney got a lot of flack with his impeachment v**e-especially since it seemed to be so totally unprofessional. It seemed that his v**e was from a really dark place, not because he was convinced-may have been payback or something. Perhaps his constituents have let him know they were not happy-and he would pay the price at e******n time.

I think Peewee hit the nail on the head. Hoping that the President will call the wolves off of him when he is re-elected. Mike

Republicans may stick together like liberals do on this one as Murkowski says she may v**e for Trump's pick, this will k**l the liberal media.

I believe it goes without saying that he has some shady dealings in past or present, and probably future. He is a politician, isn't he? I think that is a prerequisite for entering that elite group. Besides, he comes from a very political family. Not surprised at much that he does. He should lose the "holier than thou, I will v**e my conscience" shtick, though. It sounds as phony as it is. Not sure any of them would recognize their conscience if it smacked 'em upside the head. It is so dull, it is pretty much ineffective for most of those in Congress. Talking about the conscience, here. The DOJ not far behind, and the executive branch is not exactly lily white either.

I agree, I've murdered a few people in my mind and I flip-flop sometimes. I can't really cast any stones.
