The fact is they are already planned to pack the SC prior to Ginsberg's death! It will require a bit of doing, but if the Dem's get enough power, it will happen. Has nothing to do with Ruth, but they will lie and SAY it is to HONOR her!!!

Even in power you don't touch the Constitution! They might try to pack the courts, they might fail too. I might pick up one or two of the assassination lists or I might not. They all run together.
