Does anyone really know? Is it privately funded or are we, the tax payers paying?

I don’t know, but if it’s not a perk of the job, I’ll be really surprised!
They don’t do anything for free, but they are taking advantage of the system.

I would think it’s part of the gravy train for office holders

That is an awfully open ended question, who are you talking about? The c*****l p****e and security provides protection when senators And Congress members are in Washington. In their district they rely on state and local police the same as other residents.

I don't know if it's privately funded but someone is getting a big voice in town, going around saying - all right just you go ahead, do what-ever you please, v**e for Sleepy Joe Biden, and make my day.

Kev these politicians that are refusing to police there towns and are allowing r****rs to burn there cities and l**t k**l. They have defunded their police so many of their police retired early others applied for retirement and others just quit.Their politicians wont let them stop the r****rs. But the politicians have police protection or most have hired private protection which either way cost the people major bucks.

If your question is the secret service they are paid:
Originally under the Department of the Treasury.
Last 5 years Homeland Security.
Doubt if any politician is going to pay.

Please provide some examples, which police departments have been dismantled? From what I have seen on television the police aggressively attack even peaceful demonstrators with gas, rubber bullets and batons, much less allow r****rs to burn l**t and k**l as you claim. Disturbances have been kept to a few blocks in most cities and the property damage amounts to less than what taxpayers piss away paying for Trumps golf outings. Even controversial congress members like AOC are well liked in their districts and walk around with no security. The initial post describes a false reality and much of the following posts simply parrot the lie. Big city mayors and governors have had security details for years, and this hasn’t changed. Members of Congress, unless credibly threatened do not

Taxpayers...

Dig deep and you will find that we are still funding the entire planet for the nefarious Central Banking expansion powers, destabilizing nations and regime change even under Trump !

Nothing has changed and Trump was c*********d a long long time ago.

==================
We pay for the security protection of all politicians. Until now with Barack out from the WH, we still pay for the security of him, Michelle, and their two daughters. This protection is for the rest of their lives. Our hard earned tax money pays for all their comforts, even Barack and family vacations until now.

President Trump has been only 3 years, and 8 months. The prior presidents stayed for 8 years, had been on this condition. Why do you ignore that?
Our banking system has been with us since Dec. 1913.
And has been all the way like that. Why do you only target the president Trump? He is trying to clean up most of the failures. But could not do all of them for a short period of time. Along with that are all the barriers and attacks on him by the radical DIMS. You don't make sense and I think you only want to stir the battlefield cause you are itching to fight. But you will never win cause you truly don't understand the issues, and a coward.
