The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Birth Rights"

The Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) to the United States Constitution was adopted on July 9, 1868, as one of the Reconstruction Amendments. The amendment addresses citizenship rights and equal protection of the laws, and was proposed in response to issues related to former s***es following the American Civil War. The amendment was bitterly contested, particularly by Southern states, which were forced to ratify it in order for them to regain representation in Congress. The Fourteenth Amendment, particularly its first section, is one of the most litigated parts of the Constitution, forming the basis for landmark decisions such as Roe v. Wade (1973), regarding a******n, and Bush v. Gore (2000), regarding the 2000 p**********l e******n. The amendment limits the actions of all state and local officials, including those acting on behalf of such an official. The term “due process” as used by the Supreme Court is dead wrong and THEY KNOW IT. Being lawyers that are fully aware of exactly what it means, yet they use it to make judgements for things they are NOT ALLOW TO HEAR. The problem come in with the fact that most Americans have no idea what that term means and are to lazy to look it up. They take the word of the Supreme Court, since they are trusted by the people and after all, they should know what they are talking about. In fact they do, but it is not what is meant by “due process.” They are fabricating things out of thin air so they can hear a case they want to issue a ruling on.

“Due process of law” is a term with a “precise technical import” going back to the Magna Charta. It means that a person’s Life, Liberty or Property can’t be taken away from him except by the judgment of his peers pursuant to a fair trial! Specifically, that freed s***es could not be punished except pursuant to the judgment of their peers after a fair trial where they could appear, cross-examine witnesses and put on a defense! “Life” meant “life” as opposed to being lynched; “liberty” meant being out of confinement instead of in confinement; & “property” meant the person’s possessions.

Yet the Supreme Court is constantly doing things it should not do and quite a few of them age against the Constitution. During Roe V Wade, she was not even present and had no idea what was being done without her knowledge. She was kept in the dark about most things and she was not allowed in the court room to hear the entire case decided.

Another thing I would do if I were you is to follow the links given and read up on a lot of the stuff that most people never learn.

I asserted my rights as a result of being economically challenged and socially challenged. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm from Africa:Which is a Stereotype from w***e s*********ts America. I'll review the video you posted and comment but I disagree with you that I can't assert my rights in a public forum. Its my constitutional guarantee of freedom of speech.

If you haven't noticed the United States of America is currently experiencing an I*****l I*********n Crisis at the Mexican Boarder in California. And since the enactment of Cyber Drones National Security is enforcing maximum security at every U.S. Boarder including Canada and Haiti and much much more. In addition the United States Constitution 14th Amendment doesn't address issue's of Gay Marriages, A******n, or Homosexuality. In fact, the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution directly states clauses and provisions such as Due Process, Equal Protection of the Law, Citizenship, Immunity, and Substantive and Procedural Requirements. So, I do believe that an assertion of my rights is politically correct in a public forum in regards to "Birth Rights." Rembermer the 14th.says "under the jurisdiction of the United States are citizens of the of United States and the state they live in" right so how can child been born to a illegal parents in the US.be a American? Under the law a child under the of 18yrs under jurisdiction of the parents'so if the parents are illegal then they are to a illegal until the child is 18 or the child that crossed border also is still an illegal. We must enforce this law now!!!!! If not the Congress then the States must do it themself and tell the Feds to go to hell.

A child born on U.S. Territory is legally a U.S. Citizen; one of the parents has to be a citizen of the U.S. though. Even if the mother is unwed an doesn't know who the father of the born fetus is the U.S. still accepted the responsibility of aiding the foreign resident because of the Public Hospital and therefore is responsible for the childs birth. Unless the child is born outside on the streets.

Therefore, my birthrights are rooted in United States Origin through my genery from generation to generation. There is NO CONSTITUTION RIGHTS to any i******s whether they cross the border illegally or illegally over stay they welcome none at all period..... we do not have the same rights they in their home country. so why should they have them here?

Basically, foreigners are entitled to their Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a Human Being. As cited in the United Nations General Counselor's of Human Rights @ http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/
