For this law to affect someone who had raped a baby, that individual would have had to have been 10 when the crime was commited

WRONG!! A BSTD RAPED my GRANDSON when he was 3. That SOB ALSO RAPED his own Son when he was 9 Mos. old He ALSO RAPED his Neice when SHE was 10. All while he was an adult. Then ran like the SLIMEBAG COWARD HE IS. I told my Son that IF I ever saw that SCUM on the sidewalk, I would RUN OVER the SCUM, as many times as it TOOK for him to have been TORTURED AND DEAD!! Like HELL it isn't a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD!! Like I said before, all they have to do is say I thought she was 14. She told me she was and that it was OK!! And they can pass her around to all of their P*******E FRIENDS!!! The child can become confused on the stand very easily and can be made to "admit" she did just that!! And the SCUM in that State have BIG BUCKS to get a BIG LAWYER that can do just that!!

If I had a Daughter, and some BSTD put his hands on her and raped her, I would K**L him. And I would go to PRISON!! And I don't care WHAT that State's LAW said. Thank You. Death I do not fear as I know where I am going. . I frequently say I may not know what I’m doing right now but I sure know where I am going in the end.

14 is old enough to give consent.... If consent is given it is not rape... This is the topic of the thread... Bringing up infants being raped in no way supports your argument...

You absolutely don't understand this law... Not in the slightest...
It will in no way affect the charges laid against the accused... They will still be charged with rape and punished... All it does is allow a that individual to avoid registering as a sex offender after they serve their sentence... With a judge's discretion...

The law applies equally to cases involving boys and girls (one of my examples in my first post involved an underage boy and an older woman...)

This law will in no way allow p*******e rings to operate unimpeded... That is a bizarre scenario you have concocted...

Perhaps try reading the law and you'll see that much of your upset is unwarranted... It's good to be passionate when it comes to paedophilia... But it's important to be informed as well
