No, my friend, you are wrong. You confuse absentee b****ts which are requested with the new Mail In b****t plan dreamed up by the Democrats wherein they mail out b****ts unrequested and too many times they mail multiple b****ts to one address where dozens of families have lived and moved on...or the recipient is dead, therefore whoever receives b****t can v**e and mail it in. Understand?
Lonewolf understands the difference, he has been told numerous times what the difference is, he just doesn't care if the e******n is stolen by "his" party.

If that is illegal why have military people and other people during e******n times been able to cast mail in b****ts
in the past ; have they been breaking the law all this time.
No, they have requested and received an absentee b****t. Mail in b****ts get sent out to every registered v**er. HUGE difference, one I hope you can understand.

No, he doesn't even come close to understanding, and refuses to try. His handlers told him mail-in b****ts are exactly the same as absentee b****ts and he accepted it. He is not aware there is a difference.
The key to answering the mail in riddle is you have to request a mail in b****t dumb dory-this is evidently when the screening process takes place to determine whether you are a legitimate registered v**er or not- if you are not in the data banks as a registered v**er they don't send you a b****t -They also can determine who you are by your social security number- as for the difference between a mail in b****t and an ,absentee b****t- the nature of the the way the absentee b****t is delivered [USPS] says they both are one and the same - and the reason for both processes existing is because of for what ever reason neither can v**e in the traditional way.

If you want to start the conversation calling me a "dumb dory", you might want to take reconsider.
Now, pay attention - with mail in v****g every registered v**er receives a b****t (these are not requested) to their registered address. Sounds pretty good so far huh, however note that the v**er did not ask for the b****t, the v**er may have moved, it's possible that several different registered v**ers have lived at this address thus, several b****ts get mailed to this address, all to different people. If a residence gets more than one b****t, regardless if the current resident is not a registered v**er, he or she can fill out the b****ts and mail them back creating v***r f***d. This could be done by a person of either party, or no party affiliation at all.
On the other side of the issue is the "absentee b****t", again...this b****t MUST be requested by the v**er and verify their name and address when requesting the b****t.
Again, with mail in v****g, the main difference, (and it is a serious difference) is with the "mail in" b****ts the demonrats are pushing, requires no safeguards, just start mailing b****ts to every one. Absentee b****ts must be requested by the v**er.
Actually pretty simple, huh
