If you're deadly serious, how could it be done without trashing our justice system and constitution?

That is not an answer. You keep trying to get me to prove your premise by forcing me to defend my position, but you keep refusing to show me where what I said could possibly trash the Constitution or the Justice System.

Tell me how it trashes either one. It does not short circuit due process. The accused still must be proven guilty overwhelmingly. But since we are on the subjects of trashing the Constitution and the Justice System, and you are not able to summon the intellectual firepower to tell me, lets us discuss how your hero the Village I***t, the supposed Constitutional Scholar trashed the Justice System and the Constitution.

Barak Obama threw due process and the presumption of innocence into the garbage can on Universities, when he set forth his Title IX horse manure.

Unlike you, when I make a charge, I give a concrete example to illustrate what the Frack I am talking about. I said your hero Barak Obama was the one who trashed the US Constitution and the Justice System and I just proved it.

Witless again, if you have no idea how to prove your stupid nonsense that's your answer.

I have given you proof of what I said. I cannot make you understand it.

Let's take your nonsense of turning over to the "family" for your justice. Show me how it could be done.

After a suspect is convicted and sentenced to death by the state for say serial murders, the families of the victims would be given the option to inflict wh**ever punishment they saw fit, including clemency.

Ahh but you say, what if nobody in the family has the strength to preside over the punishment, then the person is jailed in a small cell. The family could subcontract out to the inmates the tasks of beating the person to death.

And you think this nonsense could get by state, federal courts and the SCOTUS ?

Likely not, but it would not trash the Constitution and the Justice System, but lets us get back to your Castration Solution. How far do you believe that would go in the courts ?

The real trashing comes from Democrat Governors and Mayors not pursuing the apprehension and prosecution of their cities r****rs.

The only way your nonsense could become law would be your trump castrating the other two branches of government and the constitution.

Lets us drop the legal questions for now and go to a moral one. From a purely moral perspective, would you object allowing a family to beat to death the person who deliberately murdered one of their members ? How about allowing a family to beat, just not quite to death, the person who raped their child ?

To me, those are far more desirable than giving the state the power to castrate anyone.

I must say. You are amazingly consistent. I can count on you to never directly answer my question.

Obama spent eight years trying to do just that.

Yeah like your last answer for your other nonsense.

To which you never gave me an answer. This is not rocket science. Either you morally approve of what I said or you do not.

As long as you play games, we will not advance this discussion.

Now you can answer my question.
