Easy -- get the offender released and have a black bag operation set up -- the bad guy gets snatched and quietly delivered to the family to do with as they please, and a clean-up crew disposes of the remains in a landfill or as instant gator food.

I am puzzled why you do not share my sympathies for the victims families. I doubt that in very many cases, the punishments inflicted by the state onto the criminals do much for the families.

You know, you have a lot of good ideas. I like how you worked the environmental friendly option into the answer. Didn't gators used to be endangered ? I think it was from lack of food. I hear they all nearly went extinct because they were on the Michelle Obama School lunch diet.
