Of no consequence: When I was five, my father started to teach me how to box; my nine year older Big Brother was my opponent

To teach me how to jab, he put folded newspapers under my armpits and I was not to drop them, short, sharp jabs. His saying was "dazzle them with footwork (something he made me practice in endless hour long sessions) and floor them with body punches." My older brother took care of that for me.

I do not know enough about his time in Golden Gloves, I should have searched but did not, but he had this joke, he was a very clever and funny guy. "When I was boxing, advertisers would swarm to endorse me, so they could put their ads on the bottom of my shoes." Funny stuff. He deadpanned it and it took me a few beats before I laughed. He was like that, subtle.

I never got into boxing. I did not like hitting people, had no k**ler instinct. That later evolved into my pro-life stance, against a******n and Capital Punishment. But for a while I shared my father's interest in boxing, I knew all the boxers in contention and their records...and the on Saturday I thought is it was wrong and never watched again. Total disinterest in a sport I once loved. Surrendering to Spirit and grace can overwhelm our deepest desires and concerns; that's their job. We do not become automatons, because we decided to be guided by spirit and grace, a difficult idea to grasp,

Oh, I was brought up on guns...not by my father but by my bothers and came from a very conservative family so knew all about a conservatives fixation on guns. They made sure I had a BB gun by the time I was 5 and soon there was no bird that was safe in our neighborhood. Both my brothers wound up doing several tours in Vietnam otherwise I am sure I would have been giving my continuing education much sooner. As is, I was 14 and was given a double barrel 12 gauge and learned how to shoot dove, pheasant, and quail. I shot one goose and the damn thing was so greasy that I could never shot another one...not even for sport. I was an avid h****r until I was in my early 20 but gave it up when I t***sferred to New Mexico State. It turned out now one was willing to give me two weeks off to go deer hunting and since every 'good spot' that I knew about was in the northern part of the state, so hunting was the first casualty of my higher education.

But by then I was getting laid on a fairly regular basis so learned that there actually was something that was better than k*****g something with a gun. By the time I got married my guns were a thing of the past and gave them all to my father in law because my wife said he was an avid gun collector. It didn't take long to learn that those weren't the kind of guns that he collected, though he liked my 12 gauge and my 50 Caliber Hawkin, and said both were pretty good guns. I told him the .50 was a replica but they both shot pretty true, that's all I cared about and told him that if I ever went hunting on his property that I would use them, or one of the others when I came then. I never did so as far as I know they were still in his collection upon his death. By that time it didn't matter as any desire for them was a long-forgotten memory and since my son didn't want them I am fine where ever they ended up...

Thank you for that very interesting Bio. As a child, I went to a Day Camp for about five years where they taught archery, canoeing, and other outdoor activities. When I was twelve, I got a bow and quiver of arrows. That summer I went with a friend in Connecticut to hunt rabbits. There was this rabbit maybe fifty yards away in an open field just standing there like it was waiting for a bus. I pulled my bow and sent an arrow at it. The twang of my bow I suspect got him down on all fours and my arrow went lengthwise all the way through the body and stayed there. It took off to some bramble bushes, a real shocker, and I never recovered my arrow. My whole taste for hunting ended there. Never went again and the bow and arrows gathered dust.

How can one be pro life and yet advocate a woman’s right to abort her baby because the baby was unwanted?
Would that not be considered pro choice?

Please re-read my post and also research my many comments and threads against a******n. Your frequent lies about me are slowly being exposed.

Wrong rumitoid. You have stated before that a******n does not violate God's word. You have defended a woman's "right" to choose while saying you are against it.

Your lies are exposed. No one else's.

In other words........you can’t answer my question without admitting the impossibility!

What frequent lie has been exposed? I must have missed that thread!

I exposed where you changed words in an article! Absolutely a low down sneaky attempt to change from a possibly to n actual fact! That was you lying.......again!
