Bahmer, if you right click on the image, your browser should give you some options. Choose save as, and drop it in a directory and open it. I apologize for not just sending a link, but unless you have a subscription to the Wall Street Journal online, you wouldn't be able to read it. That's the best way I can pass this stuff along.

Maybe I will get the Journal, this thing has Ryan's pictures on it but if I use it to start fires the paper will not have been totally wasted.

It's a good " smoke and mirrors " tactic. Welfare accounts for 12% of the budget, so by getting us to concentrate on that, the Congress can do as it pleases with the remaining 88%. You know, increase the budgets of Defense and DHS, give themselves another raise and so on.
