I wonder how much it costs is it legal or do you have to have a special license to own one or what. It does appear to be a bit bulky though.

Check you local gun laws. Call the sheriff. In most states, it's perfectly legal to carry shotguns (not sawed-off) and non-automatic long arms (rifles) without any permit. Of course, there usually is a permit needed to hunt game.

Oh, and BTW, oldroy, no one is coming after your legally purchased and registered (if need be) firearms. That's just scare tactics by the NRA to help the gun manufacturers sell more guns. There are too many in Congress who own guns, including the President, to pass any laws that would cause you to loose your guns.

So our Congress persons and our President don't want OUR guns. Lets see now, they were going to allow people to keep their health insurance but their law forced most of us onto ACA, or wh**ever they are calling it now, while allowing them to keep what they had. Yep, they probably don't think any of them is crazy enough to take his guns from but they want OURS. Think for just a minute or two and stop talking progressive talk.

The second amendment is a federal law...
...so if California chooses to pass a law that's in violation of a federal law, the number of lawsuits would overload the courts...so why in the world do you think that this will pass exactly.

No, he doesn't want to take your guns away, he just wants to make it impossible to get ammo. He instructed the EPA to force so many new regulations on the led smelters, that the last one just closed it's doors because they couldn't afford to meat all the new regulations. They also tried buying up all the ammo they could so we couldn't get any. Where 30/06 ammo used to cost around $1.06 per round, it may very well cost $3.50 a round soon. The only way bullet makers can get the led to make bullets is to import it now and that is going to cost big time.

She is not the only one trying to ban guns totally. The only people they think should be allowed to carry guns are their personal body guards.
