Actually it is another example of BUSH BUSH blaming. If the law was signed in 2008 in order to protect children victims of sex trafficking then why has the flow exploded this year? Because it is directly related to Obama's Dream Act and his words.

You might want to read what you posted again, obviously should have done that before you posted your crap, as stated the bill was designed to protect "children" (one of the key words) from sex traffickers and reading further you will read that it is creating "unintended" ( another key word and hopefully you understand what that word means). Just another fyi , just for you, if memory serves me correctly, your democrats were in control of congress when this bill was passed...
