He/she is wrong. F*****m has already come to America, and it is wrapped in the banner "this is for your own good".

Democrats, thankfully still only at the governor and the congressional level, brush aside our rights with the claim that government can do anything if they say it is for public safety. Speech is criminalized, freedom to move about is criminalized, freedom of assembly and freedom of religion are criminalized, books are banned
or burned, businesses are shut down and driven into bankruptcy, tens of millions of jobs vanished, nursing homes are forced to accept C***D patients, schools are shut down, criminals released from prison while judges turn r****rs and l**ters loose, police passively watch r****rs but arrest people who defend themselves, police are defunded, thugs and gangs are slaughtering people with no consequences and barely a peep in the mainstream media.

All this is imposed on Americans against our will. It's all done by government claiming it's authority comes from above the Constitution, from higher even than the consent of the governed, it comes from public safety. Public safety authorizes anything and everything, and the citizen who doesn't comply faces fines or prison for "violating public safety".

The F*****ts and Marxists in our midst must be slapping their foreheads at their decades of blindness. All this time, all they had to do to enact totalitarian government in America is to simply impose it in the name of public safety.

What they were doing was pushing the lowering paying residents out into the street to make more room for the higher paying C***d patients.

Moreover, in some states like New York, the use of hydroxychloroquine was banned from use. This despite the fact that in the previous severe respiratory c****av***s epidemic in 1986 HCQ was an approved treatment endorsed by NIH studies. The irony is that Saint F***i was a top administrator in NIH at the time.

Nice try; no cigar. ALL the authoritarian government edicts are coming from states with long histories of Democrat control of government. ALL have Democrat governments. Where is it all happening? New York, Michigan, Minnesota, Washington, Oregon and the like. Notice the pattern?

Yes, the majority of states have Republican governors, and those are the states that do NOT have authoritarian government. Thanks for making that point for me.

The White House and Senate have ZERO control over any of the authoritarian edicts coming from the governors and mayors. All such matters are under state authority, not federal authority. Trump specifically did not issue a national shutdown order. He left it to the states.

Nowhere did I say public safety was an illegitimate purpose of government. What I said was that public safety was being used as the pretext for the Far Left to extend the scope of government into levels of authoritarianism that greatly violate the natural rights and civil rights of Americans.

Can you not see the difference in kind and degree between airbags, seat belts and liability insurance on the one hand and shutting down hundreds of thousands of businesses and vanishing tens of millions of jobs on the other hand? Do those two categories somehow seem equal to you?
