Biden’s two big problems are his brain and his mouth.
He doesn’t have a hell of a lot of mental acuity. In fact he knows “diddly squat!”
His mouth shows his low intellect. He can’t even talk an intelligible sentence.
Watching him at the podium is like watching a “Goofy Cartoon!”
The only difference between “Goofy” and Biden is “Goofy” talks at a higher intellectual level.
