This lawsuit against NRA is politically motivated and could backfire against Democrats big time!! I doubt she has the power or authority to dissolve the NRA. The NRA has stood up to worse than
this, repeatedly, and they will fight this in court and win. But let's say she is successful.....it will change
nothing except for a name change from NRA to something else.......and cause gun sales to soar.

Which only further demonstrates the myopia and inability of the Democrats to connect cause with effect.
It should tell them something about the will of the American people when the most prevalent response to every one of their anti-Second Amendment moves is millions more Americans buying guns, including Democrats.
Seeing that as they surely do, it further indicates just how little regard they actually have for the will of the people and last time I looked, America was founded based on the will of the people, not the will of the government.

He could not do that. That is the Bill of Rights of the people,the 2nd constitutional amendment. Only Congress could do that.
