I just bought 25 t-shirts that have emblazoned on both sides, "Dems fear this" and it has a picture of President Trump on them. I am handing them out to my friends.

LOL! That's GREAT!

Mail in v**es bite Liberals in the ass also. Over the past four e******ns there have been literally tens of thousands of b****ts all across the political spectrum invalidated because they were illegible, filled out improperly, arrived too late, etc.

Mail in v**es might be just the thing to insure a Conservative landslide; given the near illiteracy of so many Liberal v**ers. The likliehood of a screwup that will invalidate their b****t is fairly high.

That is one aspect I had not considered! Nevertheless, I think v**e-by-mail is a really REALLY bad idea, especially for a national e******n. The fact that the democrat leadership wants it so bad is not the only reason to oppose it, but, by golly, it's a pretty darn good one!

This applies to so many things, and particularly to the fear mongering from Trump and the right... mail in v****g, what's to fear? The registration process gives a longer time and more chances to verify v**ers against a v**er roll. There is a hard b****t that can be checked and re checked if someone thinks numbers aren't right. Sampling numbers can be picked and checked to see if someone's fears are valid and to what extent.

Fear is being used to create the expectation of fraud...okay, so, we will be able to see if those fears are valid, calm down. It's one thing to be aware of the potential for problems and deal with it, it's another to project problems to where it has created fear and people looking for as in believing before the event that it will happen. This creates a preconceived belief that it will, and locks people into refusing to believe it didn't happen when the outcome is not what they wanted.

Now on the other hand, if there is an expectation that there may be fraud, the purely logical move is to develop a system well in advance that makes it smoother and better checked so as to prevent the fraud being worried about. Spell out how you think fraud will happen, and take measures to keep that thing from happening.

The fact of this matter is that neither Trump or the GOP can explain any way fraud can happen let alone happen, and the day they can is the day McConnell needs to take a v**e on the ways that it can be prevented before hand. They intend to scream fraud despite there being no evidence of it, and run with the idea of invalidating whole blocks of v**es on that premise. If you find say six cases of fraud in 10,000 v**es it doesn't invalidate all 10,000, although this is the way things have been handled on multiple instances.

As for me I will v**e in person.

Woodenhead, if you were to win $2,000,000 in the lottery, would you put it in an envelope and mail it to the lottery office or would you make the 1 hour drive to lottery headquarters and deliver your ticket personally? Be honest because I know the answer. Mike

If a person or persons request a mail in v**e (absentee v****g) that's one thing but to just send out b****ts with envelopes is another as anyone can fill in those b****ts without any evidence of who the v**e is, legal or illegal. Mike
